Baked Heura® with Potatoes



  • 300 g Heura® Bocados Originales
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 sprig chives
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 250 g small potatoes
  • salt


  1. Pour the olive oil and aromatic herbs into a blender and mix. Add a minced garlic clove to the mix. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half (if smaller) or in quarters (if larger). Chop the sweet potatoes into pieces. Place on a baking sheet. Use a brush to coat the potatoes well with the blended herb mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the Heura bites in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining herb mixture on top, stirring well to combine everything. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove potatoes from the oven and add the marinated Heura and chopped onion. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the tray from the oven, serve hot and enjoy!
