Place the Heura bites in a bowl, coat in teriyaki sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
To make the guacamole, remove the skin and pit from the avocado. Put it in a bowl and add lime juice. Mash with a fork until creamy.
Peel and remove the seeds from the tomato. Dice into small cubes. Wash and finely chop the pepper. Peel and dice the garlic and the onion. Wash and chop the coriander. Add all the vegetables to the avocado mixture. Season with salt to taste and mix well. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk the wheat flour with a little bit of water until it has the same consistency as a beaten egg.
Put the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip the marinated Heura bites into the flour mixture, and then coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
Fry the Heura in a pan with plenty of sunflower oil until golden brown. Place the fried nuggets on a kitchen roll to remove excess oil.
Serve the Heura nuggets with a side of guacamole and enjoy!
