20 min

  • 180 g Heura® Bocados Originales
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece of thinly sliced, fresh ginger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1½ L vegetable stock
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • fresh or dried shiitake mushrooms
  • seaweed
  • 1 Tbsp white miso paste
  • 250 g ramen noodles
  • pre-cooked beansprouts
  • some chive sprigs, chopped

  1. Cook the ramen noodles in a pot of boiling water for the time indicated on its packaging. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add the vegetable stock, soy sauce and mushrooms. Stir to mix well, reduce to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
  4. Strain the broth and set the mushrooms, onion and ginger aside.
  5. Season the Heura® bites with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with a spoonful of sesame oil until crispy and golden. Set aside.
