Heura® Skewers with Mustard

  • 320 g Heura® Bocados Mediterráneos
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 courgette
  • 4 persimmons
  • 3 Tbsp caramel syrup
  • 3 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • chives
  • fresh aromatic herbs (parsley, chives)
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • black pepper


  1. Wash the pepper and cut into chunks the same size as the Heura® Bocados Mediterráneos. Cut the courgette and persimmons to match.
  2. Wash and chop the chives, mix with the mustard and caramel.
  3. Thread alternating pieces of Heura®, pepper and persimmon onto the skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put a splash of olive oil into a pan, and sauté the assembled skewers for 3 minutes.
  5. Brush the skewers with the mustard and caramel mixture, and continue cooking for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the skewers from the pan to a serving tray. Sprinkle with the finely chopped aromatic herbs.
