Heura® Skewers with Mustard
320 g Heura® Bocados Mediterráneos
1 red pepper
3 Tbsp caramel syrup
3 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
fresh aromatic herbs (parsley, chives)
Wash the pepper and cut into chunks the same size as the Heura® Bocados Mediterráneos. Cut the courgette and persimmons to match.
Wash and chop the chives, mix with the mustard and caramel.
Thread alternating pieces of Heura®, pepper and persimmon onto the skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
Put a splash of olive oil into a pan, and sauté the assembled skewers for 3 minutes.
Brush the skewers with the mustard and caramel mixture, and continue cooking for 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer the skewers from the pan to a serving tray. Sprinkle with the finely chopped aromatic herbs.
