Put the Heura in a bowl along with all of the marinade ingredients. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Put the broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
Peel and dice the onion. Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil to the pan and fry the onion until it is golden brown. Add the marinated Heura and cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Add the cashews, almonds and broccoli. Stir well and sauté for about 2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
