Stewed Heura® with Vegetables
Heura® Bocados Originales
2 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
200 g crushed tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1/2 glass white wine
1 L vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Brown the Heura® chunks with olive oil and remove from the pan.
Chop the vegetables and add them to the now empty pan. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Add the crushed tomato and bay leaves and stir to mix well. Cook for 10 more minutes.
When the tomato has reduced by more than half, add the white wine and simmer until the liquid has nearly evaporated, for about 3 more minutes.
Cover with vegetable stock and let reduce for 40 minutes.
Stir in the Heura® chunks.
Serve with generous garnish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
